Facebook began testing picture sync feature for their android, iPhone and iPad apps back in August. Currently they have begun to deploy the feature to everybody. There's no app update for this feature, you only get a notification once you open the Facebook app to change picture syncronization feature. This automatically uploads entire photos in your phone as you capture. you'll additionally sync your entire phone photos, and you get
2GB of storage for it. The auto photograph transfer feature is already out there on Google+ as instant transfer and in Dropbox as Camera upload.
